Another year, another opportunity to give back! This year, we are donating to Reading Partners for each hour of unused, paid employee volunteer time in 2023. This money will support a future book fair where our team members can volunteer, making these dollars come full circle to support young students!

For ECMC Group's 2023 holiday donation drive, we are supporting Pajama Program, which promotes equitable access to healthy sleep so all children can thrive. Through this partnership, we've connected with Fostering Love Project, Sac Kids First and Union Rescue Mission - Los Angeles to help youth in each of of the communities where our offices are located.

Earlier this month, we attended Association for Career and Technical Education's CareerTech Vision Conference and shared insights from our #QuestionTheQuo campaign, data and best practices around basic needs and the importance of employer collaboration in college completion, career readiness and job placement.
