Alm. Brand Group Reports Preliminary Financial Results for 2023

Alm. Brand Group, a Danish insurance company, reported a pre-tax profit of DKK 881 million for 2023, excluding special costs related to the integration of Codan and realization of synergies. The company's insurance revenue rose to DKK 11,784 million, driven by satisfactory organic growth and the recognition of twelve months of insurance revenue in Codan. The insurance service result was a profit of DKK 1,412 million, despite challenges in the form of a high frequency of minor claims and weather-related claims. Alm. Brand Group expects to report a consolidated pre-tax profit of DKK 1.53-1.73 billion excluding special costs for 2024.
