Altus Power, Inc. has completed the acquisition of 121 megawatts in solar assets in North and South Carolina, expanding its commercial-scale solar assets to nearly 900 MWs by 2023. The acquisition was from funds advised by Basalt Infrastructure Partners and Soltage. Additionally, the company plans to finance the acquisition and future asset additions with an incremental draw of $163 million.
