It offers messaging and video visits with licensed clinicians, allowing customers to receive care without leaving their homes. The service has received a 96% customer satisfaction rating in the states where it was initially launched. Amazon's expansion into the healthcare field includes the acquisition of One Medical Group for $3.9 billion in July 2022.
