Bernie Ecclestone's Tax Fraud and Revised ISC

Formula One boss Bernie Ecclestone faces charges of criminal tax fraud in the UK, but the court suspended his prison sentence due to his age and health. Despite the charges, Ecclestone remains a billionaire and financially solvent. The International Sporting Code (ISC) has been revised, increasing the maximum fine amount for drivers to up to €1 million. Ecclestone pleaded guilty to fraud and was given a suspended prison sentence of 17 months. He agreed to a civil settlement of almost €804 million with the British tax authorities.
