China's first 2024 refined fuel export quotas remain unchanged from last year, with a total volume of 19 million tonnes. State oil companies Sinopec and CNPC will receive 13.22 million tons, covering diesel, gasoline, and aviation fuel. Zhejiang Petrochemical Corp remains the only private refiner allotted with a refined fuel export quota. China's exports are expected to peak in 2024.
