COP28: Climate Health and Insurance Reform

COP28 delegates called for greater global action to protect people from climate-linked health risks, including rising cases of malnutrition, malaria, diarrhoea, heat stress, and dangerous storms. The World Bank launched a Climate and Health program, and ten top development banks committed to helping countries track climate impacts and identify investment opportunities.
