District Court Dismisses Appeal on Business Secrets

The Tallinn District Court has dismissed an appeal filed by the bankruptcy trustee of AS Saaremaa Laevakompanii and Väinamere Liinid OÜ against the subsidiaries of AS Tallinna Sadam OÜ for alleged use of business secrets during the public procurement of passenger transport services on Saaremaa and Hiiumaa lines. The court's decision not to change the statement of claim submitted by SLK and Väinamere Liinid on 28.03.2019 against TS Laevad OÜ and OÜ against TS Shipping was upheld.
