Hill International has been appointed by Virginia Railway Express (VRE) to provide Program Management Consulting (PMC) services for VRE's Capital Improvement Program (CIP). The CIP comprises various projects, including station improvements, line expansions, and station rehabilitation. Hill will offer schedule, budget, quality, procurement, document control, and project management support for four years, with an estimated contract value of $6 million.
