Three Oswego County residents have passed away, including Bernice Elleane Bateman, Helen E. Stacy, and Karyl L. Montroy. Bernice was a former employee of the Oswego Candy Works and a Teacher’s Aide for kindergarten in the Oswego City School District. Helen was a real estate broker and enjoyed various hobbies, including community activities and serving on boards. Karyl Montroy, a retired raw materials production planner at Huhtamaki, was also involved in poll working for the Board of Elections and enjoyed spending time with her family.
