Stelmine Canada has discovered a 2 km geophysical extension of the Meridian Zone on its Mercator property in Quebec, named the T-Rex Zone, which shows similar geophysical responses to the Meridian Zone and contains substantial disseminated sulphides associated with gold mineralization. The IP survey aimed to increase precision of geophysical information and find new extensions to the known Meridian Zone. The T-Rex Zone has NNE/SSW-oriented chargeability/resistivity anomalies over 2 km, among the strongest identified on the Mercator project.
