Rescue efforts for the 41 men trapped in a highway tunnel in the Indian Himalayas have been slowed by snags in drilling through the debris. Efforts to bring them out have been hindered by the confined space and communication challenges. Rescue workers are set to resume drilling horizontally through a pile of debris to push through a pipe large enough for the workers to crawl out.
