During FWD50, a leading global conference for digital governments held in the Canadian capital Ottawa, DGE’s CX team presented Abu Dhabi’s transformative journey in enhancing customer experience, led by Sultan Al Jasmi, Director of Customer Insight & Analytics, highlighting the Abu Dhabi Program for Effortless Customer Experience and CX Spaces on the TAMM app. CX Spaces includes tailored sections for businesses and properties, with innovative spaces integrating AI, data, tools, and content in addition to 11 new CX programs to make Abu Dhabi’s services more cohesive, accessible, and centred on the needs of citizens, residents and businesses.

I always come away from the UAE impressed and inspired by their vision, ambition, and speed. The Abu Dhabi TAMM Factory is a prime example. TAMM integrates all government citizen services into a single online platform, from applying for a driver’s license and paying parking tickets to obtaining birth certificates. It also includes links to private services like insurance, is supported by a call center with real people, and uses AI for easy navigation. This truly takes the headache out of what can be a pretty tedious process!

We recently wrapped up our second workshop in the Futures Accelerators Program: "The Principles of Systems Thinking." Participants studied and practiced various types of systems and learned how to make decisions in complex and complicated environments. They also explored topics like influence mapping, adaptive systems, and chaos theory.
