Building a new aircraft takes a team of experts, but the real challenge begins when it's time for test flights. Every step of the process—coordination, preparation, and monitoring—must be meticulously planned to ensure the AIR ONE completes its flight hours without delay. Each day starts with a detailed briefing, followed by pre-flight checks, flight briefings, and additional checks before takeoff. After the flight, we conduct post-flight analysis and debriefing, ensuring we capture every detail to learn and improve. It's this relentless cycle of learning and refinement that drives us forward, making our team stronger and the AIR ONE even better with each flight. A huge shoutout to our operations team, for their dedication and hard work in making this all happen.
