Your main duties: Responsible for the contract management and performance of the stations/airports. ✈Identify, select, contract and monitor services of Ground Service Providers and other providers at Airports ✈Monitor Service Level Agreements with Ground Service Providers and internal departments to ensure commercial aspects as well to ensure safety, compliance and operational aspects of the operations. ✈Monitor overall performance and propose/take actions to improve ground handling services and on-time performance. ✈Establish and maintain strong relationship with all clients, partners and networks. ✈Carry out administrative tasks such as managing budgets, gathering data, preparing CO2 reports, database management. ✈Monitor regulatory and other industry changes affecting processes & procedures within the scope of Ground Operations and propose/implement changes if/where applicable.
