We're thrilled to announce a major update to our technology—and a significant win for businesses that use our platform. Behind the scenes, we've been developing a new model/architecture that is significantly more powerful and intelligent than anything we've produced before. Traditionally, users of Air have utilized our existing model to manage calls typically ranging from 5 to 20 minutes long, and primarily for setting appointments. However, our newest model/architecture has taken a major leap forward, significantly outperforming previous versions on almost all benchmarks. After real-world testing, we've seen it consistently handle calls lasting over an hour, with a broader scope of use cases, including closing deals. Our most recent test case has been in the legal industry, and our new model has secured 15 fully signed retainers in just the past week. This means Air was powerful enough to follow complex logic for an hour (longest call was 1hr 20 mins) and facilitate a call with 15 people where they trusted Air enough to sign a 33 page legal retainer at the end of the call. And this was without the person ever once talking to a human at the company/firm. Air was the only point of contact. We're calling this new feature “Genius Mode,” and it will be rolling out on the Air platform for a portion of our users in the next few weeks. The main downside of this new model is that it will be more expensive and have longer latency in the short term — but both will be drastically optimized over the coming months. However, on day one of rolling out, it will convert and perform better than our existing model — without making any optimizations. Along with the new model, we will be rolling out an entirely new UI / agent builder that makes it significantly easier & quicker to create great Air agents. (And solves many of the frustrations people currently have with the agent building process) As a result, businesses will be able to use AI to conduct longer and more complex calls than ever before. This breakthrough opens up use cases that before weren’t even possible with conversational AI. And will make Air work for many businesses that previously didnt have success when testing it. This model is better at representing your brand, connecting with your prospects/customers on a deeper level, asking quality questions, handling difficult situations, doing what you tell it to, and successfully completing far more complex logic & objectives. It simply converts and performs better. Very soon we will be "open sourcing" our compliance framework for other conversational AI companies to use. We will be sharing in a paper everything we are doing behind the scenes to make it almost entirely impossible to conduct non compliant behavior on the Air platform. We want this industry to be as clean as possible -- and every conversational AI company following the same procedures to ensure compliance with this technology increases the probability this technology is used the right way across the board.
