We’re a clean energy startup based in Singapore and funded by ENGIE, one of the world’s largest renewable energy companies, and regional investors like Earth VC and Investible. Our mission is to make it as simple as possible for all property owners to get solar.

This week, we had the pleasure of bringing together our awesome remote teams Aung Kaung Myat Arvin Darmawan Ye Wai Shan Phyoe  and Malaysia office (Adleen Suhaimi  representing, but many more to join!) to our Singapore office. The energy is palpable with the buzz of new faces, laughter, and lively discussions!

One fun discovery – our remote software engineers are even taller than we imagined! 🏀

We’re also taking this chance to celebrate our July and August babies 🎂🎉 Dionne Phua Aden Au Kai Gi TANG Reann Liu Hilda Chan (missing Ryan Lim who was out at a site visit 🥲)

SEA’s climate tech landscape

2023 saw a record-breaking number of #climate tech startups in #Asia securing funding, with 41 innovators stepping up to the challenge. Despite this milestone in terms of the number of deals, the total funding value didn't quite match the highs of 2022, which soared to US$260.6 million. 

Leading the charge, a significant portion of these #startups are pioneering in the #energy sector, from transforming waste into energy to harnessing solar power and pushing the boundaries of energy storage technologies.

With a much larger team, we were finally able to organise our first ever team Lou Hei during this Chinese New Year 🌞

In the midst of working, we tend to neglect the smaller things in life, including having the joy of celebrating achievements & milestones together as a company.

This Chinese New Year provided a breather for everyone to appreciate each others' presence, and bask together in the sun, and the huat! 😎
