It's great to see NBC4 Washington cover the importance of not parking in bus stops. Illegal parking at bus stops is a crisis -- it prevents people with disabilities from safely boarding and exiting the bus. And the initial numbers from the Clear Lanes program are similar to our findings in Philadelphia: bus stops are blocked frequently.
