On returning from the National Association of Automotive Dealers (NADA) 2024 conference in Las Vegas, I feel invigorated by the innovative spirit and the transformative insights that were shared over the four-day event. The conference was a vibrant platform for discussing the future of automotive technology, dealership models, and the broader automotive market both in the U.S., Europe, and globally. Here are some of the key takeaways and insights that I observed:

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐈 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐬
One of the most prominent themes of the conference was the accelerated adoption of digital and AI technologies within the sector. There's a clear consensus that digital transformation is not just a trend but a fundamental shift in how dealerships operate. AI and machine learning are playing pivotal roles in enhancing customer experiences, streamlining operations, and creating more efficient sales processes.
