Based on your feedback, we decided to rename the RealReport™ tiers to better reflect their specific use-cases: Standard, Premium, and Investor reports are now called, Snapshot, Buyer, and Seller, respectively.

📸 Snapshot RealReports™ offer a broad array of data for preliminary property research, ideal for initial consultations, before showings, or quick client updates.

💰 Buyer RealReports™ include everything in Snapshot reports, plus our AI copilot (Aiden), lead insights, and our new AI-powered document analysis feature, to deliver crucial data for compelling buyer presentations and refining offer strategies.

🪧 Seller RealReports™ include everything in Buyer reports, our comprehensive data set, an advanced version of Aiden, and a lead capture feature, making them perfectly suited for listing presentations, property pricing, and open houses. Additionally, the cost of Seller reports has been reduced from 5 to 3 report credits.

🔄 ICYMI: New RealReport tier names

We’ve changed the RealReport tier names from Standard, Premium, and Investor to Snapshot, Buyer, and Seller, respectively.

Additionally, we reduced the cost of Seller reports from 5 credits to 3 credits (without any changes to the data or features included), which should make them much more accessible to subscribers.
