Noura graduated from TU Ilmenau with a degree in International Business Administration, majoring in Human Resources. Her previous roles as an accounting intern and data entry clerk have equipped her with the tools to enhance our recruitment strategies and HR processes at Sereact.

She is passionate about structuring and optimizing our applicant management, bringing a cheerful and warm approach to her interactions. At Sereact, she supports recruitment activities and also focuses on process improvement in general.

Noura loves the learning opportunities at Sereact: "Thrilled to join Sereact, where I can embrace the process of learning amidst the dynamic environment of a startup."

Outside of work, Noura loves to experiment with new recipes, as cooking serves as a creative outlet for her and provides her with a fun way to relax and recharge.

This week, we had the privilege of hosting representatives from AutoStore™ and Dematic in our Stuttgart office. It was a great opportunity to showcase our innovative solutions through live demonstrations with a focus on PickGPT and bin to bin picking. A further highlight was the demonstration of the ability of our AI software to perform a first shot picking. This means that the robot is able to pick an item without having seen it before.

The main objective of this meeting was to create a mutual understanding of the incredible potential that can be unlocked through the collaboration between Sereact, AutoStore, and Dematic.
