A recap of our first #hackathon of the year ⤵️ 
  
At the beginning of September, the tech team came from all over to welcome new SPREADsters and participate in #EngineeringWeek activities.  
 
One of these activities was our hackathon, where small groups could pitch ideas, get creative building cool products, and compete for different prizes.  
 
Here are the winners and their projects:

🥇 Project “Data mapping - can we do even better?" 
Christopher Regali, Saad Ali, Artsiom Miksiuk, and Muhammad Hassan built an incredible tool for interactive data mapping. This will allow us to simplify the process of integrating data into our products, making it more efficient and flexible for users. 

🥈 Project "Copilot for Studio" 
Dmitrii Tunikov and Brendon Faccion developed a solution based on LLM, capable of helping users create applications with natural language prompts. This opens up a lot of new opportunities to make #systemsengineering more accessible to more people.

🥉 Project "Native code editor widget"
Diego Moncayo, Lukas H., Josip Šumečki, and Victor Kostyuk created a widget for our #lowcode Studio, which enables syntax highlighting and auto-completion. This will make it much faster for SPREAD and our users to develop new applications.

🧡 Last but not least, the Audience Award went to "Spread-Collab" 
Daniel Varga, Sıla Demirhan, Dimitrios Dimopoulos, and Abdul Ahad got the highly-coveted #butterflyvalve trophy for their tool. The team developed a collaboration layer that allows customers to collaborate within our products, fostering knowledge sharing and improving delivery speed.

A huge shoutout to the organizers (especially Victor Kostyuk who proposed the idea) and everyone who participated in and supported the projects. 
 
We are so proud of our team for their creativity, dedication, and the results achieved during this hackathon 🚀
