How do you prevent metrics from feeling like big brother or big sister is watching, and open opportunities for conversations around coaching?

I asked Rebecca Yang, VP of Engineering at Clearbit, a 🔑  question around developer productivity metrics. We think about transparency around engineering efficiency constantly at Tara AI, as we design and build with our customers.
