We're excited to contribute to the Adeney Private Hospital project by delivering the brick snap facade package. Our works off-site, in collaboration with Melbourne Masonry include the installation of all bricks, rails and mortar to prefabricated, engineered light gauge framing. On-site the Casello teams will handle the coordination and installation of framing and prebuilt modules along with installing infill works for seamless integration. We recently completed works as part of a major transformation at Greensborough Train Station for the Level Crossing Removal Project. Our team installed various materials, including compressed fibre cement and aluminium cladding, alongside Vitradual high-performance architectural panels and Equitone fibre cement materials for the façade and internal and external soffits. But our journey doesn't stop here. Melbourne Quarter Tower, part of a 2.5-hectare vibrant commercial, residential, and retail city neighbourhood located on Collins Street, has reached practical completion. Collaborating on another pivotal project with Lendlease , our team has completed the supply and installation of all doors, frames, hardware and sanitary. Externally, we constructed feature spotted gum pergola structures and a striking 10-metre-high spotted gum soffit spanning 500 square metres above public space.
