Forza 117 Clarence Street Fund has successfully completed the $130 million acquisition of 117 Clarence Street, Sydney. Taking advantage of the current countercyclical buying conditions, the Fund targets an average cash distribution of 7.3% p.a. and net IRR of 14.8%.

David is a qualified CPA with extensive experience in Funds Management and Venture Capital. The addition of David further enhances the financial management capabilities of our growing team at Forza Capital.

Jacob is a Certified Practicing Valuer with recent roles at Charter Keck Cramer & Sutherland Farrelly. Jacob will provide valuable input into our existing funds and assist in the assessment of new investment opportunities.  

Forza Capital warmly welcomes Georgia Gibbs as one of three new recruits to our growing team, taking on the role of Asset Manager of our investment portfolio. Georgia has come across from New Zealand where she started her career in valuations followed by a role in commercial property consultancy.
