We are incredibly proud to announce that this year, AusJet's exclusive Women in Industry Breakfast session will feature our very own Joelwyn Johnson , a proud Adnyamathanha woman from Nepabuuna. Joelwyn will serve as a panel member and have the honour of conducting the Welcome to Country acknowledgment. Joelwyn’s journey with Intract began as a labourer in Leigh Creek, and she later transitioned to our Olympic Dam works. Since then, she has shown remarkable growth and dedication. Most recently, Joelwyn achieved a significant milestone by becoming Intract's first Indigenous female to obtain the Authority to Supervise qualification at our BHP Olympic Dam works. A recent recipient of the Des Nicholls Award, her hard work, passion, and achievements are a testament to the opportunities within our industry and the importance of diversity in leadership. We are thrilled to celebrate her success and look forward to seeing her continue to inspire others.
