We have a long history in the Australian gas industry with more than 65 years of experience retailing and distributing Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), over a decade of experience distributing Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and advancing technology through our brand EVOL LNG, and most recently retailing natural gas in Western Australia. 

Kleenheat supplies LPG to a broad range of residential, commercial, forklift, automotive and industrial customers through a network of depots, company operated branches, commissioned agents and dealers Australia wide.

Today Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy & Fertilisers announced we have agreed to sell our liquified petroleum gas (LPG) distribution business to Supagas and our liquified natural gas (LNG) distribution businesses to Clean Energy Fuels Australia (CEFA) . In announcing the proposed sales, Managing Director Ian Hansen said the agreements had been made in the best interests of Wesfarmers’ shareholders, and both WesCEF businesses offered a strong strategic fit for the two proposed buyers. "Both Supagas and Clean Energy Fuels Australia (CEFA) recognise the strengths of WesCEF’s LPG and LNG distribution networks and our people, and are keen to take the businesses – and teams – forward to bolster their respective offerings," he said. The Kleenheat team is proud to have received two Canstar Blue awards! We recently received the 2023 award for ‘Most Satisfied Customers’ in WA in the natural gas supplier category and the national 2024 award for ‘Most Trusted Natural Gas Supplier’. Kleenheat has been honoured with the ‘Most Satisfied Customers’ award in seven of the last eight years, a reflection of the excellent service provided by our Customer Service and Credit teams, and the dedication of the whole Kleenheat team. We’re also delighted to have secured the ‘Most Trusted Natural Gas Supplier’ title in each of the two years Canstar Blue has presented this award. Our Credit Team was given the opportunity to volunteer at Jacaranda Community Centre last week for its annual Christmas hamper initiative. Part of Jacaranda Community Centre’s mission is to promote, enhance and maintain the welfare of people on low incomes in Belmont and the surrounding areas. The Credit Team works closely with Jacaranda throughout the year through the financial counselling service it provides to some of our customers, so the team was excited to assist with packing the Christmas food hampers and helping to distribute them to local families and individuals. They had a great time helping the wonderful Jacaranda team, and really enjoyed meeting local community members who use the Centre’s programs and services. #Kleenheat

The Kleenheat team was proud to support OzHarvest in its ‘Collect a Can for Christmas’ food drive. OzHarvest is Australia’s leading food rescue organisation and provides food to over 1,500 charities across the country each year. We were delighted with the way our team came together to contribute to the festive food drive and support members of the WA community. #Kleenheat
