The opportunity to develop such a large beachfront site in North Kirra is a rare one and we have been working with Gold Coast City Council on lodging the development application, to deliver a landmark building of high distinction for such a prominent site.  This outstanding beachfront proposal is earmarked for a 4742sq m site across eight amalgamated lots, for a $350-million five-star hotel and residential development.

Two distinct built forms are proposed to be built in two stages; Stage 1 consisting of a 9 storey Residential building containing 60 spacious 2, 3 and 4 bedroom offerings of varying styles – from apartments to ground level beach houses and luxurious sky homes. Resort style recreation facilities are interwoven with a sub-tropical planting palette; a podium level pool is flanked by private dining facilities and lounges, as well as a resident gym and wellness precinct. Stage 2 comprises a 10 storey Short Term Accommodation building containing 160 rooms and associated grand lobby, restaurants & bars, as well as business centre and pool side cabanas. Externally, the built forms are articulated with a series of flowing and rolling forms that envelop horizontal elements. Articulated breaks and fenestration to the facade distinguish the buildings from each other, with the Stage 1 form reaching toward the coastline, whilst the Stage 2 form provides dynamism and movement.
