Over the last three days, Norco Co-operative Limited Senior Leaders attended our leaders conference - The Next Chapter on the Gold Coast.  This event focussed on the amazing things the business has done in the last 12 months, and a look into our future consumer what will be required for our leaders of the future.

Mark McCrindle took us through the data insights and understanding the social trends we need to understand as a business, while Steve Riddle helped us understand the requirements we can expect for our future leaders, and how this could influence team performance.  

It was a brilliant few days that will enable our business to continue growing and supporting Australian famers, delivering the #1 Branded Milk, Australia's Finest Ice Cream products, and supply of quality Agriculture Solutions to the QLD, Northern NSW, and wider Australian markets.

Katie started her journey with Norco AgriSolutions through the Coffs Harbour branch then stepping into our Macksville store studying as an equine specific vet nurse before taking up the Store Manager’s position in Bellingen.
