Our Field Operations Team recently convened for their monthly toolbox meeting at our new Balcatta office. Key topics included vehicle inspections and safety checks, ensuring our equipment is always in top condition for the high-risk work we perform. Our teams handle customer installations on single, double, and three-storey roofs, while our rigging team regularly operates from towers over 40 metres high in the Perth metro area, often facing challenging weather conditions. 🛠 🌦 Cold weather PPE was another major topic, ensuring our staff are well-equipped to handle the elements while maintaining our strict safety standards. We also reflected on our achievements and areas for improvement in a month-in-review segment. At Pentanet, the well-being of our staff is paramount. We focus on several health initiatives throughout the year, with July being Skin Check month.
