Our team got hands-on with every step: * Precision Drafting and Fabrication for a spot-on fit. * Heavy-Duty Protective Coatings to tackle the elements. * Insulation, Linings, Doors, Windows. (Thanks to Space Windows & Doors for working with us) * Anti-Vibration Mounts – tough enough to handle the shake but keep things steady. * And a sharp set of custom decals to wrap it up. AVAILABLE FOR HIRE 12 tonne 6 metre Flat Top Trailer We have one of our 12t 6m Flat Top Trailers available for hire. Recently returned from its one and only long term hire, this trailer has been undergoing a mid-life overhaul including NDT, new wheel bearings and a new paint job. This trailer is like new and would be perfect for either a long term or short term hire. The 12t Flat Top Trailer has been designed for use in underground mining applications towed behind a LHD. It can carry bulk materials or up to 10 standard pallets. Featuring posts for containing loads and rudd lugs for securing loads and or the trailer when being transported. The A-Frame used for connecting the trailer to the LHD is very robust in design and features springs to hold the A-Frame at the right height for connecting to the LHD. Weight 2,800 kg Dimensions 6,050mm (7,312mm with A-Frame) x 2,523mm x 623mm SWL 9,200kg We also have a range of other hire equipment suitable for underground coal mines with equipment like, QDS Forks, QDS Materials Pods (Ducks Bill Pods), QDS Crib Pods, QDS Buckets and more. Our site team dismantled this platform onsite, before our drafting and engineering team designed and certified some repairs and modifications.
