In recognition of Reconciliation Week, we were incredibly proud to have hosted an impactful community engagement morning in partnership with the IMAA - Independent Media Agencies Australia that took us through the heart of Redfern, providing an immersive cultural experience with some of the most significant Aboriginal community organisations.

Led by our Head of Aboriginal Health TV, Jake Thomson, we had the opportunity to speak with leaders of these organisations and learn about the vital work they do in supporting Redfern’s First Nations people. The morning ended with lunch at Café Dreaming, a First Nations-owned café, where we enjoyed a delicious spread of fresh and indigenous-inspired food.

As custodians of Aboriginal Health TV, we feel privileged to bring our partners closer to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in Redfern, facilitating the sharing of their stories, learning and working to create real change for the next generation.

We are thrilled to have been involved in Initiative Australia's CultureFest! Tonic had the privilege of joining over 200 staff from Initiative's Sydney, Perth, and Melbourne offices for an incredible three day experience at the picturesque Lost Paradise festival location in Glenworth Valley, NSW Central Coast.
 
We were dedicated to providing the Initiative Australia team with unforgettable experiences that focused on health and wellness, including invigorating yoga and meditation sessions to rejuvenate their bodies and minds. 
 
To kickstart the final day on a refreshing note, we partnered with Coastal Berry to offer a nourishing and sustainable cold-pressed juice activation and it was great to see participants indulging in a delicious assortment of fresh juices. This was followed by an inspirational presentation by our co-founder, Dr Norman Swan, who shared his insights on how to live younger and longer. 
 
CultureFest was a wonderful event that transformed the concept of a national conference into a vibrant music festival experience. We are immensely proud to have played a part in this extraordinary gathering, and we commend Initiative Australia for pushing boundaries and creating such an unforgettable event.
