𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐝 | 𝟏𝟑𝟑 𝐁𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚 𝐀𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞, 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐠𝐚 We’re pleased to announce another great outcome for the Westbridge Industrial Total Return Fund with the recent sale of our office/warehouse facility at 133 Beringarra Avenue in Malaga. The $13.65 million sale reflects a 36.5% increase on our acquisition price in June 2022 and marks our second sale for the Fund following the divestment of 3 & 5 Marchesi Street earlier this year. We look forward to finalising the strategy for the Fund’s final asset in the months ahead, with the latest transactions setting the Fund in good stead to outperform its initial return target.

Our team was very happy with the result from our recent sale of 22 Salta Drive, Altona (Victoria) – one of the key industrial assets from our MPS Diversified Property Trust. We divested the asset earlier this month for $30 million, marking a 160% increase on its purchase price of $11.5 million just seven years’ prior. An excellent result for our investors, who have now received a total gross return to date of 184% with four assets still held in the Fund.
