Hayley's career began in counterterrorism with the Australian Government, where she led complex investigations and managed national security threats. She later transitioned to leadership roles in the US, overseeing intelligence operations across multiple sectors, including biotechnology, finance, and corporate security for Fortune 500 companies. Currently, Hayley serves as the Deputy CEO of Crime Stoppers International and is the Managing Partner of Harod Asia Pacific. She is also a member of both the World Economic Forum’s Coalition for Digital Safety and the Global Coalition to Fight Financial Crime. In recognition of her contributions to the intelligence profession, Hayley was awarded the 2024 David Irvine AO Award by the Australian Institute of Professional Intelligence Officers (AIPIO) .
