💡 Did you know fermented biomass bases for new types of plant-based cheeses without the heavy carbon footprint are being developed by biochemistry lab Biolynx in Ghent, specialized in micro-fungal processes?

🧀 🥦 Their knowhow is implemented by Bolder Foods, a food company based in Brussels which has been marketing a cauliflower-based cheese since 2021!

🇧🇪 🇪🇺 Today, the priorities of the Belgian Presidency of the Council of the EU were officially presented by Prime Minister Alexander De Croo and Foreign Minister Hadja Lahbib at the Residence Palace - International Press Centre (IPC)!

💪  From 1 January and for a period of six months, Belgium will play a central role on the international stage. During this Presidency, several summits and conferences will be hosted where important decisions on the future of the EU will be taken.
