Established in 1987 by the Tournier family, ICL Gaskets & Insulation , has become a leading player in providing technologically advanced solutions to heating system manufacturers in the domestic, commercial, and industrial HVAC markets. They offer a range of products, including the all-in-one burner insulation Pioneer®, extreme-heat-resistant gasket series Kerasil®, and innovative Ultra Low NOx furnace sleeves. Besides their tailor-made high-temperature solutions, they also offer gaskets of various types made of rubbers and silicone.

Last week our Senior Management Meeting took place. All Managing Directors and Sr. Management of IPCOM gathered in Sevilla for a productive and insightful 2-day event hosted by our Spanish colleagues at Aislamientos Diansa S.L.

Gathering with all colleagues is a crucial step in ensuring our collective success. These meetings allow us to align our strategies on a higher level, fostering collaboration and innovation across our organization.

Beyond the intense meetings, we immersed ourselves in Sevilla’s rich culture and historic landmarks.
