Attended the Future Food Tech conference in Chicago on June 16-17. It was an inspiring and rewarding experience. The event was well-organized, bringing together a dynamic mix of industry leaders, innovative startups, and forward-thinking professionals dedicated to shaping the future of food technology.

It was a privilege to connect with promising new startups such as Maia Farms, Caladan Bio, Hydrosome Labs LLC  and PFx Biotech, Lda  that are driving groundbreaking advancements in the field, as well as to reconnect with long-standing contacts ENOUGH, Dyadic International, Inc., Tetra Pak Processing Equipment GmbH whose continued contributions are invaluable. The diverse range of discussions, from emerging trends to cutting-edge solutions, provided invaluable insights and sparked exciting new ideas for collaboration and growth.
