I will be at #BIOEurope to talk about seed stage companies in Molecule to Medicine 's London pod. This pod is focused on building therapeutic biotech companies in the #metabolic disease space. Melio Bio is building on our collective intelligence of difficult to target GPCRs, and is focused on the discovery and development of small molecule modulators of GPR75, a genetically validated target in metabolic disease. The second company in the London pod is in stealth mode, developing novel biologics to inhibit a pathway with strong genetic associations with cardiometabolic disease.
