We loved getting to meet and talk to clinicians at THE BRITISH ASSOCIATION FOR THE STUDY OF THE LIVER's annual summer retreat at Dulwich College earlier this week! Turing Biosystems teams presenting our collaborative work with Centre Léon Bérard and CRCL Centre de Recherche en Cancérologie de Lyon  
Where we used data from a clinical trial cohort to discover completely new insights on the biology of patients and novel drugs & therapeutic interventions to treat specific patient groups by using our interpretable reasoning AI and simulation engine.

Come see how we use our interpretable reasoning AI & graph engine platform to simulate the cell-cell biochemical and cellular interactions in the tumor microenvironment (TME) of oral cancers in a clinical cohort.

We will be presenting new discoveries for patient groups selection. As well as novel therapeutic discoveries with potential drugs & targets for specific patient groups identified by our reasoning-based simulations.

An example of our simulation of a patient oral tumour biopsy to identify therapeutic interventions and targets for individuals and patient groups.
