We're thrilled to share that Roga, an OBI portfolio company, has secured 1.2M USD (1.7M CDN) in pre-seed funding!

Roga, an innovative mental healthcare startup supported by OBI, offers a wearable device and companion app designed to combat stress and burnout. Since its inception, Roga has made impressive strides, particularly in corporate health benefits. This funding round will empower Roga to expand further into the market starting this fall.

“When OBI first met Alison Smith Ph.D. Smith in 2022, we found the Roga technology to be unique, thoughtfully designed, and very effective for anxiety relief,” said OBI President and Scientific Director Tom Mikkelsen. “Most importantly, Alison Smith and her team had taken the time and made significant efforts to obtain clinical validation of her wearable product, which made it close to market-ready and very easy for us to support.”
