Portage est un organisme à but non lucratif qui aide les personnes aux prises avec des problèmes liés à la toxicomanie à se libérer de leur dépendance pour vivre une vie saine, heureuse et productive. Portage offre des services dans ses différents centres du Canada Atlantique, du Québec et de l'Ontario. L'objectif du programme est d'aider la personne à reconstruire sa confiance à partir de ses propres forces, grâce à un processus d'acquisition des compétences fondé sur l'apprentissage social. Force dynamique et progressive dans le domaine du traitement de la toxicomanie en Amérique du Nord depuis 40 ans, Portage est agréé avec mention d'honneur par Agrément Canada.

Portage is a progressive force in the drug addiction treatment field in North America, with service centres in Québec, New Brunswick and Ontario. Through drug addiction treatment best practices and the therapeutic community approach, Portage helps residents develop their self-esteem, confidence, and the competencies necessary to overcome addiction. Portage has been operating drug rehabilitation centres in Canada for 40 years and is accredited with exemplary standing by Accreditation Canada.

Journée de bénévolat pour nos résidents du centre de jour de Montréal qui offrent de leur temps aujourd'hui pour une bonne cause : Moisson Montréal. Nous aidons les bénévoles à recevoir les dons, classer la nourriture et préparer les paniers à distribuer dans les différents organismes communautaires. Nous sommes fiers de pouvoir contribuer à cette banque alimentaire qui distribue le plus de denrées au Canada.

Our Montreal day center residents dedicate their time today for a good cause: Moisson Montréal. We assist the volunteers in receiving donations, sorting the food, and preparing baskets for distribution to various community organizations. We are proud to contribute to this food bank, which distributes the most provisions in Canada.
