This Sunday, March 10th at 2am, it’s time once again to push our clocks forward one hour…but did you know that 1 in 2 Canadians suffer from sleep disruption and impacts to physical and mental well-being as a result of Daylight Savings Time*? Sleep Country Canada is planning on disrupting this cycle!! 

We are partnering with the Canadian Mental Health Association during Sleep Awareness Month to bring light to this issue, and we want to encourage all organizations across Canada to join us this Monday, March 11th, by taking the 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲, and give this hour back to their people! 

In celebration of Sleep Awareness Month and the pledge, Sleep Country Canada will open its retail stores, Distribution Centres and all offices an hour later to allow all associates to reclaim their hour of sleep!!!
