Subaru Academy hosted the 2024 Subaru National Technician Competition at the Island Motorsport Circle in British Columbia where 12 highly-skilled technicians from across Canada competed for the national title. These technicians were judged on their ability to design and build electrical circuits, measure and adjust components and diagnose vehicle issues. #IWD2024 This International Women’s Day we’re highlighting Christina Morris, our Manager of Customer Operations & Communications. Christina is a founding member of Accelerate Auto , a not for profit coalition who work to promote the automotive industry to Black youth – especially women. All while tackling systemic racism within the automotive industry to bring about real change. For the past two years, Accelerate Auto has hosted Black students from high schools within the Toronto District School Board to experience the Canadian International AutoShow. These events were a huge success.
