🚀 Master hairstylist and HSE creator Svenja Simmons: From small town to TV studio - her success story in an interview with Austria's biggest women's magazine Madonna In an inspiring interview on ‘Madonna TV’, hairstylist Svenja Simmons shares her journey from opening her first salon to becoming a popular celebrity styling hotspot in Düsseldorf. For Svenja, simply cutting hair was never enough - she strived for more, and her efforts have paid off. Together with Andrea Seeländer they spent the day laying the foundations for discovering, unfolding and developing their own potential. Young people take on a lot of responsibility when they start their vocational training. It’s not just the associated rights and obligations under employment law that suddenly play an important role. Mastering the subject matter, understanding the organization and successfully working together along the value chain also require responsible action. We specifically support our Young Talents in growing into their own responsibility and also provide them with the necessary tools. In this way, we support the development of them into reliable, competent and self-confident people. A recent article in DER SPIEGEL sheds light on how companies are using conversational AI to process customer enquiries faster, more efficiently and in a more personalised way. AI-supported solutions help to answer standard enquiries automatically, while human employees can focus on more complex issues.
