In honor of World Immunization Week, we're pleased to share a significant milestone: the completion of the mid-term evaluation of Gavi’s 2021-2025 strategy 🎉 Over the past year, we've engaged extensively with global and national immunization stakeholders to gather invaluable insights into the implementation of Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance ’s strategy and the future of global immunization. This culminated in a recommendations workshop in collaboration with Matter Group at the Gavi Secretariat. 🚀 Empowering Sales Team Last week we facilitated a collaborative workshop in Parma for the #SalesTeam of Bormioli Pharma in collaboration with Horsa . The team had the opportunity to #takeastepback and reflect on last year’s challenges and achievements exchanging experiences and practices across the regions. Then, we reconnected with our #sharedidentity and #uniquevalueproposition in the ever-evolving context of our industry and beyond. Finally, we identified #keystrengths and #areasofimprovement in our internal workflow and in collaborating with Marketing and Customer Service. At the end, we identified #concreteactions and #nextsteps to accelerate our work and achieve our impact together.
