William J A Clegg has been named Managing Director and the new Head of Investor Relations. William, based in our 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲, has 13 years of experience in private equity. Before joining Ufenau Capital Partners, William gained private equity experience at Lazard’s Private Capital Advisory Group in London and New York, where he worked with multiple European and North American LMM/MM private equity firms. In 2017, William co-founded the Moelis & Co. EMEA Private Capital Advisory Group, overseeing institutional LP coverage across the U.K., Europe, and the Middle East. Prior to joining Ufenau, William set-up an independent boutique placement agent, Colmar Capital, specialised in primary capital raising and secondary advisory transactions on a global basis. William Clegg holds a Bachelor’s of Science (Hons) degree in Economics from the University of Bristol.
