🏆 "Groundbreaking concept and a remarkable vision" - It's been a few days since we won the #NATO Innovation Challenge 2023 for our project, Yarded with Bundeswehr Cyber Innovation Hub (CIHBw) and VisiTrans GmbH, but the buzz hasn’t faded. 🎖 

🚀 Built to optimize the mobility of NATO troops, the original idea for Yarded came from three young officers from Logistics Battalion 163, a unit responsible for receiving material and personnel deployed by NATO allies.

🎯 Through classic user-centricity and iterative approach, the MVPF team, along with CIHBw and VisiTrans, built an intuitive data management system to enable fast and transparent processing - With Yarded, LogBtl can manage up to 2.5k tons of material and 500 vehicles per day. 📦 

🗣 “Right now, there is a high need for innovation as the past has shown that delays in the process quickly. The collaboration with MVP Factory and VisiTrans GmbH for Yarded shows how digital innovation can be successfully implemented in a short space of time” - says Christoph Ritschel, Innovation Manager and Captain at CIHBw.

🪖 Yarded is an ideal example of ‘bottoms-up’ innovation with the idea being developed by users themselves during an innovation challenge by CIHBw and MVP Factory. It is a culmination of months of effort by the entire team that resulted in streamlined logistics operations and an award-winning digital solution. 🌍

🌆 The evening was a delightful blend of festive treats, catching up with remote colleagues, and sharing insights earned in the last year. The team took a moment to reflect on the milestones we’ve achieved as our leadership team dived deep into the activities during the All-hands. 🙌 

🏭 Last year has been notable for a lot of reasons for MVP Factory - entering the Ness Digital Engineering universe, growing our team to more than 60 employees, and launching award-winning ventures and digital products like WHATEVER.WORKS and Yarded. 🪖

🌎 We expanded our scope and entered new industries like health and mobility, accelerated innovation to a higher level, and launched new venture studios (thanks to the JobRad GmbH team for the successful collaboration on Startrampe | Venture Studio JobRad Gruppe). 🎊

"I am so happy to be on the Stitch journey!” 🚀 In our quest to push the envelope of innovation, today we’re thrilled to share our insights on how we build Stitch, a cutting-edge health-tech solution for the US market while being fully remote.

📈Designed to combat growing stress, Stitch combines physical products in the form of probiotic supplements with a digital component through a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) app - something entirely novel in the healthcare space. 🏥

🏭 Breaking the barriers of Innovation, MVP Factory built and operated Stitch completely remotely - we not only completed the MVP Phase in 12 weeks but also stayed regulatory compliant throughout, all the while acquiring more than 2500 customers across the US.
