Fondée par Aurélien Ducrey et Mateo Aerny , ProSeed.co valorise les déchets brassicoles en une matière première de haute qualité pour la consommation humaine. Une démarche qui a un impact significatif sur la réduction des pertes alimentaires 🌱 A partir de la drêche de malt, ProSeed fabrique des flocons d'orge, qui peuvent ensuite être utilisés "pour la fabrication de produits alimentaires tels que les produits de boulangerie, les pâtes et les substituts de viande." « Cette démarche a un impact significatif sur la réduction du gaspillage alimentaire, avec une réduction potentielle de près de 8 millions de tonnes de grains gaspillées chaque année en Europe ! » se réjouit Aurélien Ducrey.
