We definitely weren’t expecting this response… You may have seen this recent video we posted on our Instagram, where we asked our CFO what the Thankyou pop-up shop, The Inside Store, meant to her. What happened next shocked us. Across our social platforms, the video has now been viewed over 1 million times, and we’ve been positively overwhelmed by an influx of incoming messages of people reaching out to respond (sorry, and thank you to our customer experience team!). But our biggest learning from the video? In a society where we often hold ourselves back emotionally, particularly in the workplace, it turns out the most powerful video we could release was the one that came straight from the heart.
