We recently started a YouTube channel to share product demos and other content about our work. The first video features head of product and data science, Jason Parker, discussing the idea of using playbooks with #generativeAI to support hospital operations.

Amid the hype cycle for #generativeAI in #healthcare, there's a lot of enthusiasm for using #LLMs for tasks that physicians and nurses already do expertly. We think that =the pressing need for hospitals isn’t a machine that generates the right answers about how to care for patients; what hospitals need is scalable capacity for ensuring that their established procedures and protocols are carried out correctly every time.
